-Strategic Networking: Collaborate with senior leaders through the networking opportunities woven into your experience. -In our Engineering & Technology Program: You’ll support product engineering projects driving the next wave of innovation for Eaton’s products.

What You Bring
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively explain technical concepts -This role may include travel (up to 25%) within a local region as determined by the Engineering & Technology Assignment Manager -Demonstrate geographic flexibility to relocate within the United States for the duration of the Internship Program to an Eaton facility including (but not limited to): Raleigh, NC; Pittsburgh, PA; Milwaukee, WI; Southfield, MI; or Torrance, CA -Prior internship or co-op experience (Power Electronics Hardware/Control Design, and/or Power conversion; Model based design/ electronic circuit design and simulation; Electrical testing, troubleshooting, & validation) -Must be geographically flexible to relocate within the United States -Wide Band Gap and MV Power Conversion -Solid State Circuit Protection -Demonstrated leadership experience within campus and/or community -Demonstrated exposure to machine learning or AI concepts through coursework, internships, research, or personal projects including experience using AI-assisted development tools, experience in prompt engineering, and working with generative AI models and simulation tools -Industry experience in Power Electronics including controls -Actively enrolled or received a master’s degree in electrical or electronics engineering from an accredited institution -Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
