Tasks

-Interface with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships through regular meetings, correspondence, and reporting. -Meet financial objectives by forecasting job costs, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. -Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve issues, adding value to the project and ensuring client satisfaction. -Ensure all work complies with technical, safety, and legal requirements, conducting periodic onsite observations to monitor compliance with plans. -Plan, sequence, and schedule projects in collaboration with Superintendents and subcontractors, conducting job site meetings, and preparing updated schedules. -Communicate job expectations, enforce policies and procedures, and manage project tasks effectively. -Lead the coordination and management of all project resources, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the highest standards in a collaborative environment.

What You Bring

-Positive, solution-oriented mindset and resilient attitude. -Ability to travel to construction sites throughout New England. -Proficiency in project management supervision, tracking job costs, planning, and performance management. -Works well in teams with strong communication skills. -Proficient with Procore or construction-related software. -Experience in multi-family residential is highly desirable. -10+ years of commercial construction project management experience, with a track record of delivering $10M-$25M projects on time and within budget. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -High integrity with sound ethical judgment -A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. -Experience in hospitality or senior living housing preferred.
