Tasks

-Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results -Oversee project financials -Responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on-time, within budget, and constructed with superior quality and safety -Reviews project proposals, drawings, and plans to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of project -Completes materials “take-offs”, establishes cost estimates, develops and tracks material procurement schedule -Confers with project staff to outline work plans, assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority; coordinates activities with project staff to ensure project progress within prescribed budget and provides technical advice to resolve problems -Develops and maintains relationships with clients, subcontractors and related vendors.

The Project Manager will have a strong track record of completing projects specifically within the multifamily sector, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, and field staff throughout the project. -5+ years' experience as a Project Manager within Multifamily Construction -Specialized in Multifamily Projects -Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Business preferred -Tampa, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required) -Florida GC with long standing history within the Tampa area -Proven record of success on large and/or complex projects -Proficient with relevant construction technology; Procore experience a plus
