Support the Pre-Construction team by producing high-quality bid documents and presentations using InDesign and advanced graphic design skills. Ensure all submissions are visually compelling, brand-compliant, and delivered to tight deadlines. -Quality Assurance – Review and proof documents for accuracy, consistency, and visual appeal. -Brand Compliance – Ensure all documents adhere to company branding and style guidelines. -Collaboration – Work closely with estimators, bid managers, and technical teams to translate complex information into clear, compelling visuals. -Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities to improve bid production processes and templates. -Graphics & Layout Design – Develop infographics, diagrams, and layouts that enhance clarity and impact. -Bid Document Production – Create visually engaging bid proposals, presentations, and supporting materials using Adobe InDesign and other design tools.
