Consultant - Kloudgin implementation

Overview

Implement and customize KloudGin platform using Java for utilities clients.

Tasks

-Debug customer issues and deliver robust, efficient solutions for complex functional and technical problems. -Develop programs and scripts to build user-friendly interfaces and enhanced functionalities. -Develop high-quality, maintainable configurations and code using Java within the KloudGin platform based on defined customer requirements. -Assist in diagnosing performance issues, troubleshooting integrations, and resolving offline/online data handling challenges. -Stay up to date on the latest industry trends, product upgrades, and emerging technologies to continually enhance system capabilities and client value. -Work closely with cross-functional BV & KloudGin teams including Product, DevOps, and Functional Solution SMEs; maintain daily collaboration with onshore and offshore colleagues; and take full ownership of assigned deliverables. -Perform software testing and ensure customer-specific configurations meet business needs.

What You Bring

-3+ years of hands-on technical expertise and experience in Java/J2EE. -Experience working with version control systems and adherence to quality development standards and practices. -Familiarity with MongoDB is a strong advantage. -Experience implementing one or more of the EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) & FSM (Field Service Management) solutions: -Experience in the utility industry, with a clear understanding of its business processes and operational needs. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication (oral, written, and listening) abilities. -Bachelor's degree (B.Tech, B.E.) in Computer Science or related field; Master’s degree preferred. -Nice to have: Experience in integrating third-party systems and solid knowledge of data modeling. -FSM - ClickSoftware, ServiceNow FSM, Salesforce SFS, IFS, or KloudGin. -EAM - IBM Maximo, Oracle Work & Asset Management (WAM), Oracle WACS -Practical experience configuring custom objects, layouts, reports, dashboards, and workflow rules.
