  • Update Modern Niagara’s internal Database and Dashboard for executive management reporting
  • Manage Estimating documentation folders on Procore, ensure documentation such as drawings, RFIs, etc. are updated regularly
  • Liaise and maintain up-to-date communication with external stakeholders including suppliers, vendors, sub-trades, clients, etc.
  • Participate in Estimating Team Meetings and Huddles, taking notes of action items when necessary
  • Create and attend Estimating Bid Review meetings, Turnover meetings, etc.
  • Manage and proactively maintain Modern Niagara’s Estimating inbox and calendar within Outlook
  • Collect info and create proposals for new bids, prequalification, and proposals, collaborating with Executive Assistant on content, format and proofing

  • Understanding of mechanical building systems (plumbing and HVAC) is an asset
