Tasks

-Maintains the overall cleanliness, appearance and upkeep of the property, indoors and outdoors. -Schedules, coordinates, monitors, and performs all outside grounds, inside and outside janitorial duties and light maintenance at designated site. -Assists with light maintenance tasks, service requests, and minor repairs. -Regularly inspects the property to ensure cleanliness and curb appeal are maintained. -Ensures thorough and proper cleaning of all common areas, taking pride in your craftsmanship. -Performs snow removal and landscaping as required.

What You Bring

-3 years’ minimum experience related to grounds, janitorial, light maintenance and building systems required. -Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and ability to respond to required On-call. -High School Diploma or equivalent required. -Works professionally, respectfully and cooperatively with the team. -Demonstrates initiative and accountability in daily tasks. -Experience in property management is a plus!
