Tasks
-Drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction and park presentation. -Lead the day-to-day operations of the park, including accommodation, grounds, and facilities. -Build strong relationships with guests, residents, contractors, and local stakeholders. -Support resident wellbeing and oversee Manufactured Home Estate (MHE) operations. -Ensure compliance with safety, legislative, and industry standards. -Manage financial performance, asset enhancement, and strategic planning.
