Tasks

-Manage annual renewals and keep customers informed about features and use cases -Applying your expertise to uncover new opportunities, contributing to our team’s growth and proactive outreach efforts. -Focusing on nurturing relationships with existing accounts and warm leads. -Work closely with current and prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals. -Actively managing and expanding the sales pipeline while diligently working to secure and close on new business deals.

What You Bring

-4 + years of related sales experience working in technology (preferably Software or High Tech). -Location: This role can be based anywhere in Canada (excluding Quebec) as a fully remote position. For candidates located in the Vancouver, BC Lower Mainland, there is flexibility to work remote, hybrid, or onsite at our Surrey headquarters. -Please note that employment is contingent upon the successful completion of reference checks and background checks. -You are a clear communicator who can write and present ideas effectively to diverse audiences, both within the team and with external stakeholders. -A degree or diploma in Business, Sales, or Technology field or relevant industry experience -You are curious and good at solving problems -You are helpful and a team player -Experience with a CRM (preferably HubSpot)
