The Role

Overview

Assist in planning, coordinating, and documenting construction projects using Procore and IFS.

Tasks

-Collect COIs and Bonds -Submit/Manage Permit Applications as needed. Coordinate payment with PM/PA -Support Project Team to ensure all documentation is properly submitted for review and approval -Create and Manage project records (Sales Contract, Sales Contract Change Order, Subcontract, Subcontract Change Order, Purchase Order, Purchase Order Change Order) in IFS (construction software program) -Support and Manage Change Request submitted by Project Manager in Procore -Circulate and track the document until full execution via DocuSign -Manage Procore Tools (Submittals, RFI, Directory, Bidding) -Assist PM/CM and Superintendents with construction work coordination as needed and as directed -Read and follow procedures in ESG’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) -Complete New Vendor Request in PASS (Prequalification and Subcontracting System) and track until qualified. Enter new Vendor in Procore Directory -Collect documentation such as warranty, as-builts, O&Ms, documented owner trainings -Execute project closeout and ensure checklist is complete (work with Superintendent/PM/Subs to gather all docs)

What You Bring

-Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel applications -Procore knowledge preferred -Confident and goal oriented -Demonstrable math proficiency (percentage calculations and verifications) -Superior written and verbal communication skills -Strong written and verbal skills -Ability to recognize and resolve issues -Analytical skills -Construction administrative experience of 5+ years -Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills -Knowledge of construction industry practices preferred -Effective Interpersonal skills -Knowledgeable in the certified payroll requirements
