Tasks
-Responsible for property level special projects, capital improvement, operational decisions, domestic mail and facility services -Perform facility inspections, service response, and minor equipment repairs -Primary point of contact for day-to-day facility services and requests -Work with Operations Manager to ensure all facility services, budgets, special projects, tenant improvements and emergency plans are implemented timely and properly -Meet or exceed internal and external customer expectations daily -Participate in on-call, after hours for building emergencies -Provide project management of onsite projects -Monitor, order approved purchases for building supplies, materials, and assigned projects -Provide budgetary guidance -Perform tasks related to employee move-in and move-out activity, associated furniture, and recordkeeping -Solicit bids and monitor contractor performance for facility projects, testing and building systems inspections -Support ancillary facilities, events, team members, and facility logistics

What You Bring
-Two-year technical degree -Minimum two years of experience in property or facility building operations -Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment -Comprehensive understanding of integrated facility management services -Excellent communicator -Reliable, motivated; can work independently as well as on a team -Exceptional customer service abilities -Positions require verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S. -Ability to use hand tools -Hold regional or local licensing/certifications in facility management -Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility software systems
