Tasks

-Process payroll for 200+ employees the majority of which are hourly and submit time and expense sheets -Confirm time and expense sheets align with offer letters and client contracts, and ensure timesheets have been approved and saved for client billing support -Process expense reimbursements including travel, per diems, demobilization, mobilization etc through payroll for hourly employees -Print payroll reports -Add projects and employees to various software platforms as needed -Communicate closely with contractors on a regular basis -Upload payroll journal entries to general ledger

What You Bring

-Ability to pick up concepts quickly, take notes, and ask questions -Accuracy and ability to work with tight deadlines -Experience with Paycom and Sage Intacct experience is a plus -Bachelor's degree required; Accounting preferred -Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (including basic formulas, sorting, filtering, formatting skills, v-lookup, x-lookup, pivot tables). -4+ years of professional accounting/payroll experience
