Tasks

-Build positive relationships with project stakeholders through professionalism and trust -Support Superintendents in all phases—from pre-construction through closeout -Make an Impact: You’ll play a key role in projects that transform communities and serve industries nationwide. -Assist with project closeout, punch list coordination, and warranty documentation -Assist with schedule development and updating using MS Project -Maintain project documentation using construction management software -Coordinate permits and compliance with bond and insurance requirements -Track and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications -Act as a problem-solver alongside PMs, Superintendents, and Engineers -Attend weekly owner and subcontractor meetings—take minutes and follow up on action items -Perform physical tasks such as standing, squatting, kneeling and driving -Navigate construction sites with rough terrain walking long distances -Help manage subcontractor bids, prequalifications, and scopes -Participate in regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and accuracy -Communicate clearly with team members and external partners to exchange accurate information -Communicate proactively with field teams, clients, and vendors -Support document reviews, shop drawing approvals, and specification compliance -Lift and move objects up to 50 lbs. -Help manage the material delivery schedule and submittal approval timelines -Attend pre-construction meetings and support jobsite setup activities

What You Bring

-Strong organizational and communication skills -Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CMiC or Viewpoint a plus -Sit or work at a computer for extended periods -2–4 years of experience in commercial/industrial construction -Familiarity with project scheduling and construction documentation -Work outdoors in varying weather and noisy environments -Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
