What You Bring

-Ability to take initiative and be self-motivated. -3+ years’ experience in property management -Requires High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years related property management hands-on experience managing the recertification process. -Also, knowledge of Onesite, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. -Ability to take initiative and be self-motivated -Proficient understanding of basic math concepts -Knowledge of: Affordable Housing, LIHTC, Federal, State and Local Housing regulations -Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and HUD/Section 8 experience required -Experience in One Site -Solid computer skills -Good organizational skills -Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing -Demonstrated ability to complete recertification accurately and within an established time frame -Travel Required -Excellent customer service skills required -Excellent customer service skills a must.
