Overview
Assist homebuyers through the sales process, from initial contact to closing escrow.

Tasks
-Document the transaction -Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company -Greet and qualify visitors -Develops and maintains good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members -Track progress of loan, options and construction -Document any cancellations -Maintenance of all lot files/sales files -Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards -Monitor models and sales office for appropriate disclosures, supplies, repairs, etc. -Respond to customer requests for information

What You Bring
-Excel in intercommunications and interactions -Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive in daytime or nighttime -Associate's degree or 2 years of related experience -Prior CRM software experience -Demonstrate models/homes/home sites -Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop -Proficiency with MS Office and email -Previous sales experience, knowledge of industry preferred
