Tasks

-Monitor model performance and ensure regulatory compliance. -Promote self-service analytics and data literacy across the organisation. -Partner with business leaders to understand data and AI needs. -Build and lead a high-performing multidisciplinary Data and AI team. -Represent data and AI capabilities in strategic forums and governance bodies. -Collaborate with IT and digital operations to ensure scalability and integration. -Ensure data quality, accessibility, and compliance with regulations. -Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models with a focus on ethical and transparent use. -Manage enterprise data platforms, pipelines, and architecture.

What You Bring

-10+ years in enterprise data transformation or digital innovation, with 5+ years in leadership. -Experience in ethical AI practices and regulatory compliance. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. -Certifications in AI/ML, data governance, or cloud platforms (desirable). -Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
