What You Bring

-Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills -LEED accreditation is preferred -Proficiency in developing and managing project schedules and budgets -Minimum of 15 years of related professional experience; a minimum of 8 years of project management experience required -Strong design sensibility with experience in educational facility planning and design -Exceptional verbal, written and graphic communication skills -Experience preparing proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations and project closeout documents for projects required -Experience identifying and securing new project opportunities -Ability to work and lead in a team environment -Ability to travel as needed required -Experience utilizing problem-solving skills, exercising discretion, and making independent judgments required -Bachelor's degree in Architecture; Master's degree preferred -Experience with NYSOGS or other state agencies and/or multi-family housing is a plus -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Revit is a must -An articulate and persuasive communicator with the ability to adapt communication style to suit various audiences -Registered Architect license is required -Understands business practices and laws related to architecture -Knowledge of Deltek Vision preferred -Knowledge of Photoshop and Sketchup is preferred -Proven ability to build and maintain strong client partnerships
