-Undertake site visits to assess scope, verify quantities, and price works from first principles. -Support project handovers and provide commercial insight throughout project delivery. -Travel to project sites nationwide as required. -Liaise with operations, bid, and procurement teams to develop methodologies, schedules, and value engineering solutions. -Prepare and submit accurate, competitive cost estimates and tender submissions for demolition and construction schemes. -Manage subcontractor and supplier enquiries to ensure comprehensive and competitive pricing.
