Provide CDM 2015 health & safety consultancy as Principal Designer/Advisor

Tasks

Create and maintain high-quality bespoke documentation and reports. Develop and implement client H&S improvement programmes. Deliver consultancy services in line with CDM 2015, acting as Principal Designer (PD) or CDM Advisor (CDMA). Oversee construction project and programme H&S, including setting project-specific policies and processes. Provide expert health & safety support across all project phases. Represent the consultancy professionally, maintaining strong relationships with clients and project teams. Contribute to business development by identifying and supporting new opportunities.

What You Bring

Strong organisational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to produce bespoke reports. Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Experience across multiple sectors (desirable). Commercially aware, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar Principal Designer or CDM role. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and client-facing abilities. Proven construction site health & safety experience.
