Tasks

-Keeps people informed of progress on key tasks -Ensure site employees are appropriately trained -Feedback regularly to Contracts Manager on New Build matters -Plan and coordinate resources to ensure site runs effectively and efficiently -Plan and coordinate all work for subcontractors -Ensure the delivery of projects to an exceptional quality standard -Ensure the delivery of projects to agreed timescales -Submit weekly timesheets to payroll – where applicable -Ensure the delivery of projects are within budget requirements -Analysis own performance and takes steps to improve this -Consistently makes decision which brings benefit to customers -Conducts themselves in a courteous and professional manner -Ensure H&S on site is adhered to at all times
