Overview

Develop and maintain C#/.NET and React applications for Mott MacDonald’s digital platform

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Support the optimisation and refactoring of code as well as bug fixing in the existing codebase, conducting peer reviews on new and existing features -Building dynamic and responsive UI experiences to use across desktop, tablet and mobile devices for our Moata platform -Taking leadership on the development of specific functionality -Further develop your skills across a modern technology stack and architecture -Supporting multiple projects at various stages of the development lifecycle in parallel, working on both high and low spec jobs -Defining and maintaining our coding standards and best practices -Working with and designing RESTful API’s -Creating and managing NPM packages -Supporting architectural decisions and code / design reviews on new and existing product features across the stack

What You Bring

-Mono Repos &Integration testing -Azure, MSSQL, PostgreSQL or other SQL databases. -Agile working -Working in Agile teams (preferably following Scrum) -JavaScript ES2016+ & TypeScript -Experience contributing to the architecture/ design of new or current applications (micro frontends, design patterns, reliability, scaling, automation) -React (Ideally 18+),Redux/Redux Toolkit,Testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library), -CI/CD,Knowledge of Object Oriented Design,Security management -Caching techniques &Cloud technologies -Good understanding of browser rendering behaviour and performance -HTML 5 / Material UI / SCSS
