Tasks

-Step in on special projects or initiatives as assigned by the LOM -Handle confidential information with discretion -Maintain accurate files, records, and shared resources -Help with onboarding and administrative tasks for new employees at the location -Assist with reports, budgets, and planning documents -Coordinate internal communication between departments (Sales, Technical Services, Project Management, Client Services) -Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and capture action items for follow-up -Provide direct administrative support to Location Operations Managers -Work directly with senior leaders who shape the success of BRAVAS locations -Track and manage project and service documentation for accuracy and completion

What You Bring

-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment -3+ years of administrative support experience (operations or construction/technology industry a plus) -Excellent organizational and time-management skills -Strong communication skills (written and verbal) -Professionalism, discretion, and strong attention to detail -Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy
