The Role

Overview

Manage full payroll processing and reporting for RSE employees.

Tasks

-Set up new employees on the Company time management/recording system. -Recording of annual leave allocation/applications. -Input all required information to payroll system for new starters and leavers. -Submission of any PAYE/NI payments and documentation. -Carry out briefings in relation to the Company time management/recording system. -Posting of journals in relation to e.g. pensions, CSA, court arrestment. -Liaise with relevant Managers to resolve pay queries. -Processing of time sheets. -Checking and processing of required payments in respect of: expenses, annual leave, statutory sick/maternity/paternity pay.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. -Full UK Driving Licence -A sound knowledge of software packages, primarily Word and Excel. -Excellent interpersonal skills. -Demonstrable experience working in a similar position, ideally within a high volume environment. -A sound knowledge of all statutory and legislative directives/time lines.
