We are seeking a detail-oriented and metrics-driven Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. This role will be instrumental in optimizing our marketing technology stack, with a primary focus on managing HubSpot and its integration Salesforce CRM. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in marketing operations and a proven track record of driving efficiency through data-driven processes and system optimization -Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM -Hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub and Service Hub) -Proficiency in HubSpot workflows, forms, landing pages, and email marketing tools -Experience with data analysis tools and creating performance reports -Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and reporting -2-5 years of experience in marketing operations, CRM management, or related field
