Tasks

Maintaining registrations and certifications relevant to the role (expenses associated with certifications and renewals are paid by MBP). Leading and performing the delivery of BECx services, ensuring quality assurance throughout the design and construction phases. Managing and guiding project managers on multiple assignments, overseeing diverse teams, and developing BECx best practices. Actively contributing to business development, strategy, and forecasting, while being involved in recruiting, budgeting, and corporate initiatives.

What You Bring

In-depth knowledge and proven experience in the BECx process. Licensure as a Registered Architect (RA), or certification as a BECxP or CxA+BE (or currently qualify to get certified). Deep understanding of enclosure systems, performance testing, and common failure modes. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. 5+ years of relevant experience in building enclosure design, construction administration, or commissioning.
