The Role

Overview

Handle inbound calls, process orders, promote products and maintain customer satisfaction.

Tasks

-Participate in after hours on-call rotation after 3 month that will involve attending the branch for emergency call outs. -Understand clients’ needs and suggest appropriate products or services to achieve satisfaction; -Process orders and quotations using different methods and support inside sales team with quotation requests; -Provide an outstanding customer service; -Build sustainable customer relationships and trust with customers account through open communication; -Conduct physical inventory and maintain inventory accuracy and cleanliness; -Manage all incoming phone calls in a professional manner; -Follow company guidelines, policies and procedures; -Address customer's concerns and offer the best solution to solve the problem in a timely manner; -Source parts and/or equipment in collaboration with buying groups and suppliers;

What You Bring

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills; -High School Diploma; -Good sales abilities and persuasiveness; -Previous experience in HVAC-R industry, retail sales or technical related field (an asset); -Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively; -Problem solving abilities; -Professional demeanor; -Good organization skills; -Forklift training will be required if the person doesn't have it already; -Safety footwear required. -Ability to lift or move heavy products (up to 50lbs.); -Strong work ethic and positive team attitude; -Completion of professional degree in refrigeration, heating, ventilation (an asset); -Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); -Professional phone manner and customer service skills; -Ability to work under pressure unsupervised;
