Tasks

-Uphold accountability to Sales Behavior Index metrics including customer interactions, pipeline activity, and forecast consistency. -Build and maintain relationships with client decision-makers and community influencers. -Drive the segmented growth of a Service-Contract sales culture within assigned markets. -Stay engaged in Crete training and commercial initiatives. -Engage transparently with operations, project management, and leadership to ensure customer expectations are met. -Maintain full ownership and accountability for accurate, timely Salesforce data entry and integrity. -Utilize Salesforce as the primary representation of sales value, pipeline development, and forecast reliability. -Facilitate and manage customer sales, promotions, and initiatives (both new and existing). -Actively participate in team calls, 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and other commercial cadences. -Participate in the annual business planning process and quarterly reviews with the Commercial Leader. -Consistently meet or exceed quota goals at monthly, quarterly, and annual intervals. -Prioritize face time with customers while maintaining Salesforce discipline. -Collaborate with the Strategic BDM and Crete United Energy Services Sales Team to generate new opportunities and strengthen customer relationships. -Drive consistent, high-impact sales activity aligned with both local and national objectives. -Earn “Trusted Advisor” status with key accounts through professionalism and customer focus. -Lead sales planning across Buying, Working, and Marketing accounts. -Report directly to the Partner GM (or designated Partner leader) with matrixed support from the Regional Commercial Leader.

What You Bring

-Think like an Empire Builder and act as a Problem Solver. -Experience building pipeline and go-to-market strategies with cross-functional input. -Proven ability to engage customer leadership and navigate multi-tier decision processes. -3+ years of business sales experience; MEP, HVAC, building automation, energy, or infrastructure markets preferred. -Familiarity with federal, state, institutional, or healthcare procurement environments a plus. -Strong communicator and collaborator within the Crete Partner network. -Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM system.
