The Role

Overview

Develop & manage construction client relationships, drive sales and secure new business.

Tasks

-Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their needs, goals, and expectations. -Share insights, best practices, and market intelligence with internal teams to enhance overall sales effectiveness. -Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities within the commercial construction sector. -Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty, repeat business, and referrals. -Travel locally and regionally as needed to meet with clients, attend events, and visit project sites. -Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial construction market, including developers, property owners, general contractors, and architects. -Conduct sales presentations, proposal meetings, and product demonstrations to showcase construction capabilities and solutions. -Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and prospects through networking, industry events, cold calling, and market research. -Develop customized proposals, bids, and pricing structures based on client requirements and project specifications.

What You Bring

-Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, products, and services, including knowledge of building materials, methods, and codes. -At least five year’s (5) experience in the trade. -Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task and focus. -Excellent organizational skills – sequences and order. -Computer and technology savvy.
