Tasks

-Present deal structure to Business Leadership for approval -Be the primary interface with the Global Sales Team on opportunities within Nuclear Fuels, Services, and New Plant Projects -Support the development of Proposals, Cost Estimates, Pricing Strategies, Terms and Conditions, and Customer Purchase Order reviews -Act as a key component to the cross-functional team consisting of Business Leaders, Project Managers, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Legal, Sourcing, and Account Managers -Support achievement of Commercial Team metrics related to the "Inquiry to Order" process -Maintain the GE Customer Relationship Management System (SalesForce) and Cost Estimating tools (FinSum) -Partner with functional leaders (Marketing / Sales Team) to improve customer satisfaction and bring customer issues directly to the business for resolution -Facilitate seamless transition of contracts to the delivery team -Ensure compliance with the GE commercial risk process by acting as a technical and commercial Risk Manager -Participate with Nuclear Account Manager and Commercial Director in negotiations with the customer as required

What You Bring

-Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university -High energy level, broad financial acumen, effective communicator at all levels (internal and external), ability to motivate a team and drive operational rigor -Strong overall business knowledge and analytical skills -Minimum of 5 years of nuclear experience in Commercial Operations, Sales, Engineering, Outage / Inspection Services, or Contracts -The preferred work location for this role is at the GE Vernova Hitachi Nuclear Energy (GVH) Headquarters in Wilmington, NC; but highly qualified (US based) remote candidates will be considered. (Relocation assistance provided) -Knowledge and experience reviewing contracting terms -Experience performance risk assessments including mitigation strategies -Excellent written and verbal communication / presentation skills -This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government. -Ability to work in a team environment
