Tasks

Assisting with Social Value management (TOMS) Marketing materials / business cards Data lead for utilities, supply chain & social value as part of Carbon Reduction (Litmus), regular monthly feedback Manage the company’s social media accounts (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram); Assisting with Companywide strategic planning of posts Assistance with ISO / policy docs Fee proposals / assistance with collation of general bids As a Marketing Co-ordinator, you will work closely with the Bid Manager and Senior Management, to produce online marketing materials, Bid documents and keep the website content up to date Collation of companywide social value activities, regular monthly feedback -Review and enhance Company website and update with new projects and content (currently WordPress) -Create engaging content for social media, websites, and marketing collaterals. Ensure they are well-organised and up to date. -Provide support for the admin team as required. -Design marketing materials in line with brand guidelines.

What You Bring

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a strong marketing background to join our Team on a permanent basis. Case study collation, updating, chasing Assistance with CVs, practice profiles etc. CRM data input & system management -Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel -Construction Industry Experience (desirable) -Familiar with social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram); experience in managing business accounts is desirable -Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a sharp eye for detail -Creative, detail-oriented, highly organised and strong multitasking skills that able to manage several projects at once -Proven experience in creating marketing materials using , InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva -1–2 years’ experience in marketing -Strong knowledge of digital tools and publishing platforms (websites, video, social media) -Confident communicator, able to engage effectively at all levels -InDesign, Graphic design Photoshop, Illustrator, - (beneficial)
