Tasks

-Training and Exercise: Develop and conduct facility exercises that exceed compliance based on the Department of Homeland Security's Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) -Strategic Preparedness: Assist with the Agency Risk Assessment and multi-hazard risk management program; Drone Program; GIS Program and Disaster Assistance Program. -Operations: Administer and manage the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) , including mobile response assets and the agency watch desk; and develop and implement programs to improve more effective and efficient means to support disaster operations.
