Manage daily store operations, lead staff, and provide customer service.

Tasks

-Ensure your store always looks well-presented and clean. -Undertake all required training to help you to confidently select the correct product for our customers’ needs and to promote our brand. -Follow stock management procedures by taking in deliveries and keeping the shelves full. -Oversee the day to day running of the store, ensuring customers and staff have everything they need -Serve customers on the trade counter and in store, in a friendly and professional manner.
