Lead a team overseeing daily quarry operations, safety, production, and maintenance.

Tasks

-Responsible for maintaining quality of all products -Assist with equipment repairs and housekeeping as needed -Complete daily production, safety and maintenance reports accurately -Monitor all plant personnel to make sure all training, safety, production and staffing needs are being met. -Plan and direct operations in coordination with the Plant Manager and Operations coordinator. -Review daily equipment inspection reports and respond accordingly. -Maintain housekeeping and appearance standards as established

Requirements

What You Bring

-Valid driver’s license is required. -DOT 5-Panel Drug Screen -Motor Vehicle Record Check -2 or more years of experience on plan maintenance/preventive maintenance. -MSHA certification preferred -Fit for Duty Baseline Physical -Plant/Preventative maintenance safety preferred -1-2 years previous quarry/mining experience preferred -Experience leading a team
