Tasks

-Maintain organized records of quotes, bid documents, and relevant correspondence. -Monitor and assist in optimizing the estimating workflow, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing efficient processes. -Manage the end-to-end quotation process – including scoping requests, estimating costs, sending proposals, tracking responses, and following up with customers. -Address any changes or revisions required during the estimating process and ensure that updates are accurately and promptly communicated. -Build and maintain strong relationships with electrical contractors to promote sales growth.

What You Bring

-2+ years of relevant electrical estimating experience. -Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (OneDrive) - HubSpot & BlueBeam familiarity is an added bonus. -Robust relationship building skills with both internal and external customers. -Bachelor's degree in construction management, business, or related field - preferred. -Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. -Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. -Must be authorized to work in the United States -Ability to read electrical one-line diagrams and project specifications. -Familiarity with bidding sites preferred.
