Tasks
-Prepare daily reports, RFIs, and change orders as needed. -Maintain quality control and ensure a high standard of workmanship. -Monitor and enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance. -Collaborate with owners, architects, and engineers to resolve project challenges. -Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to completion. -Lead daily job site meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders. -Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes. -Manage subcontractors, schedules, and materials to maintain project timelines.

What You Bring
-Experience with Procore, Primavera P6, and other project management software is a plus. -Strong knowledge of school district regulations, building codes, and ADA requirements. -Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. -7+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on ground-up K-12 projects. -Must be able to work in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. -Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and project timelines. -OSHA 30 certification required.
