The Role
Overview
Perform drainage inspections, repairs and maintenance for domestic and commercial sites.

Tasks
-Driving Brand awareness through professional appearance, interactions and technical knowledge. -Performing minor excavations and patch lining -Investigating and diagnosing issues via site surveys. -Identifying potential concerns and making recommendations to customers for additional work. -Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring strict compliance with health and safety regulations. -Advising customers as to solutions and implementing accordingly, this may include: -Help to resolve any operational issues, performance issues or compliance within the territory, taking all steps to safeguard the brand’s reputation. -Review and adhere to project-specific risk assessment and method statements (RAMS) before commencing work. -Liaising with commercial and domestic customers on site. -Making recommendations to the Regional Development Managers to the success of the region. -Interpret and work with drainage drawings, operating independently in areas of expertise. -Sharing knowledge and best practice with colleagues. -Ensure that you comply with all current legislation and regulations as required. -Establish a strong message of urgency to complete tasks and activities efficiently and accurately, underpinned by strong KPI’s.

What You Bring
-Organised, goal orientated and willing to learn -Technical expertise of drainage and related functions. -Full clean UK driving license with flexibility to travel. -1 year’s previous experience of working within the drainage sector. -To be able to work to an on-call rota providing a 24 hr service -CSCS card holder preferred -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Drainage tanker experience (preferred) -Ideally 1 years’ experience of plumbing -Able to use a mobile telephone (calls, photo’s, email -Able to work on their own and enjoy working outside. -Background in drainage engineering. -Positive, can-do attitude and ability to problem solve -Customer centric -Use of high-pressure water jetters, CCTV camera survey equipment and rods. -High-pressure water jetting (HPWJ) certification -A DBS check will be part of the on-boarding process
