Manage project financials, including tracking project costs, approving invoices, and ensuring that the project remains profitable.
Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, ensuring that projects remain on track and within financial constraints.
Conduct site visits during construction to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Ensure that all project activities comply with building codes, safety standards, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.
Review construction documents, specifications, and submittals to ensure that they are consistent with the design intent and regulatory requirements.
Lead architectural projects through all phases, from initial concept development to construction completion, ensuring that project goals are met.
Oversee quality control efforts, ensuring that design deliverables meet both internal and client standards for accuracy and technical excellence.
Coordinate and manage the work of internal teams, consultants, and contractors, ensuring seamless integration of various disciplines into the overall project.
Collaborate with business development teams to contribute to proposals, presentations, and new project opportunities.
Conduct regular project meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams to review progress and address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Foster strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and create opportunities for future projects.
Identify risks early in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
Ensure that project closeout activities, such as punch list resolution and post-occupancy evaluations, are completed satisfactorily.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns.
Work collaboratively and effectively with clients and colleagues including cross-functional teams, peers, direct reports, and leadership, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Engage in continuous improvement efforts by evaluating project outcomes and incorporating lessons learned into future projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
