Tasks

-Perform detailed structural analysis and design, ensuring safety, economy, and compliance with client requirements and standards. -Lead the planning, design, and supervision of Structural & Civil Engineering works for high-rise residential developments. -Coordinate with project stakeholders—clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams—to secure approvals such as ST approvals, Permit to Start Work, As-Built Clearances, TOP, and CSC. -Manage and supervise drafting teams, ensuring accurate and timely production of drawings for tender and construction. -Ensure all engineering works meet statutory regulations, standards, and codes of practice.

-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering -Proficient in structural analysis software for high-rise buildings -Strong team player with experience working in multi-disciplinary design and construction teams -Minimum 3 years of experience in Civil & Structural Engineering design -Familiarity with precast design and detailing is a plus -Experience in regulatory submissions, design management, and project controls
