OEM Automation Lead– Filling

Overview

Lead OEM automation for syringe filling, integrating machines with PCS/MES and overseeing design.

Tasks

-Work closely with the filling equipment OEM supplier and system integrator and/or internal team in scope and standard of Automation deliverables -Ensure high standard of configuration and coding -Understand how the filling equipment operates and ensure that all functions are present -Work closely with Process owners, OEM team, design team and all stakeholders in delivery of project -Prepare and communciate Client requirements -Plan, attend and supervise FAT/SATs -Review and approve Design deliverables (FS, DS, Drawings, Etc) -Integrate the filling machines onto the PCS and MES at Site

What You Bring

-OEM Filling Machine or similiar equipment experience; Optima; SKAN isolators -Reference Project experience -Excellent interpersonnel and communication skills -Pharmaceutical experience Drug Production Fill Finish -Machine safety directive expertise and experience on safety PLC systems -Proven Leadership ability -Knowledge of networking and thin client technology
