  • Write subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and proposals for approval by the PM.
  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedule with PM.
  • Draft commitments to subcontractors and suppliers for approval by the PM.
  • Coordinate with the Superintendent to ensure jobsite needs are being met.
  • Take the necessary steps to further construction management knowledge to advance career to the PM level.
  • Assist the PM with submittals, RFI's drawing, project documentation, client communication, production and cost tracking, and other tasks delegated by the PM.
  • Manage and develop punch lists at the direction of the PM.
  • Assist PM with weekly meetings with Superintendent and subcontractors.
