What You Bring

-An ability to reflect on your own practice. -Good leadership skills and a proven track record for delivering good outcomes for individuals. -Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. -Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures. -Experience in providing supervision to others. -An ability to make good quality judgements and sound decisions in situations of increasing complexity, risk, uncertainty and challenge. -An ability to maintain records and write high quality written reports which are suitable for a variety of professional settings. -Resilient and flexible in dealing with others. -An ability to build sound, productive working relationships with customers, colleagues and partners. -Experience of working effectively with young people with diverse strengths, needs and aspirations and an awareness of needs and risk assessments.
