Tasks

-Assist in preparing drawings, specifications, detailing and technical drawings for execution. -Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants across all phases of the project: from concept to hand-over. -Participate in site visits, liaise with contractors/vendors, track project progress and ensure compliance with drawings. -Manage project documentation, revisions, approvals and support project tracking. -Support design development and documentation for group-housing, high-rise residential and large-scale residential projects. -Coordinate with structural, MEP, HVAC, and electrical consultants and vendors to ensure design integrity and technical accuracy.

What You Bring

Are you an architect with a strong technical foundation and the ambition to work on end-to-end residential group housing projects? We are seeking an Architect to join our team in Gurgaon, who can support design, coordination and execution across large-scale residential developments, and grow into taking full ownership of sub-projects. -0–4 years of experience in architecture, preferably with exposure to group-housing or large residential developments. -Good communication skills; a portfolio or sample work showing any relevant residential housing exposure will be an advantage. -B.Arch is mandatory -Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with drawing standards, detailing and project delivery workflows. -Ability to coordinate across disciplines (structural, MEP, HVAC, electrical) and communicate clearly with consultants and vendors. -Strong technical knowledge: good working understanding of architectural detailing, services coordination, construction documentation and execution processes.
