Overview

Assist end‑to‑end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and coordination as Talent Acquisition intern

Tasks

-Reach out to potential candidates via phone or email to explain job opportunities and evaluate interest. -Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. -Ensure smooth communication between candidates and interview panels. -Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining professionalism and timely follow-ups. -Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. -Conduct initial resume screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with job requirements. -Utilize job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and networking to identify potential candidates. -Track sourcing efforts, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress. -Conduct basic phone interviews to assess skills, availability, and cultural fit. -Identify suitable candidates by using job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and internal databases. -Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates. -Engage with passive candidates through targeted outreach strategies. -Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). -Provide regular recruitment status reports to the Talent Acquisition Lead or Manager. -Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates.

What You Bring

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition intern to handle the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the right talent is hired to meet the organization’s goals. The core aspect of the role is managing end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, calling candidates, and Interview coordination. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying potential talent, conducting preliminary assessments, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for all stakeholders. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field). -Customer Centricity -Process Centricity -Good interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with candidates effectively. -Proficiency in using job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn) and basic ATS tools. -Ability to manage high volumes of calls and handle multiple roles simultaneously. -Sourcing Effectiveness -Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. -Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply. -0-6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. -Strong verbal and written communication skills. -Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
