The Role

Overview

Support HRIS data, analytics, and system administration for global HR team.

Tasks

-Provide support and guidance for the HR information system, resolving issues in collaboration with team colleagues, system suppliers, and internal IT support -Manage data integrity, security, and SOX compliance controls within HR systems -Produce and analyse management information for various global regions, identifying trends and providing recommendations -Develop user guidance and training materials for system operations -Manage the iTrent FreshService mailbox, ensuring prompt and accurate responses -Oversee and improve data quality procedures, including software testing for new and upgraded functionality -Continuously seek opportunities to enhance data collection and reporting processes

What You Bring

-Strong attention to detail and accuracy -Mathematical and statistical background (preferable) -Strong analytical skills, including the ability to develop reports using standard reporting tools and to analyse and manipulate large datasets using excel -Displays a range of effective written and verbal communication skills: clear, concise and articulate, appropriate to the needs of our customers; supporting other team colleagues -Microsoft Excel skills (essential) -Works well under pressure and with the ability to meet tight deadlines -Proficient HRIS system administration - iTrent (HRIS) is ideal but not essential -HRIS System Administration (essential) -Ability to take responsibility for own workload and prioritise effectively to ensure that deadlines are met whilst delivering a responsive support service and ensuring that projects and developments are progressed in a timely way -Proficient with Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel etc)
