-Customer Support: Assist customers in resolving disputes, providing clear explanations of charges, and working toward amicable solutions. -Negotiation & Resolution: Work with clients to establish payment plans or settlements when necessary while maintaining positive business relationships. -Account Management: Handle a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring outstanding balances are collected efficiently and professionally. -Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of collection efforts, payment agreements, and account status to ensure compliance and transparency. -Payment Compliance: Educate and remind customers about their payment obligations, helping them stay up to date and avoid penalties.
