Partner closely with the Property Manager and Maintenance team to deliver a top-tier resident experience
Assist with the screening and qualification process for new residents while ensuring compliance with company policies
Help manage day-to-day operations — from rent collections and move-outs to vendor coordination and work order follow-ups
Handle resident inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care
Lead by example, helping train and motivate on-site team members
Keep our community looking its best through daily inspections and attention to detail
Support leasing efforts by showing apartments, conducting tours, and creating a welcoming first impression for prospects
