The Role

Overview

Perform erosion control tasks, load/unload materials, operate tools, and assist crew on site.

Tasks

-Work under inclement weather conditions such as rain, heat, and -Load and unload materials. -Perform site clean-up and reload leftover materials after the job assignment is complete. -Follow instructions from crew leaders. -Install silt fencing and erosion control blankets using a variety of hand tools. -Adhere to Company Safety Standards, including the proper use of machinery and equipment. -Assist fellow crew members. -Act as a spotter for vehicles as required. -Remove, fill, compact, and prepare the terrain.

What You Bring

-Physically able to walk, bend, squat, and lift to 50 lbs. -Ability to operate small machinery such as Bobcat, a plus. -At least six months of prior experience in the construction field.
