Tasks

-Participate in audits relating to project and system record management. -Supervise, create, implement, and execute agreed milestones and deadlines, whilst working to effectively mitigate risks. -Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle. -Provide support to the wider Onshore Information team with regards to cleansing and migrating a large amount of data from multiple sources into our current system. -Serve as a technical expert, you will work with internal and external stakeholders, providing Document Control support for projects from conception to completion - using Viewpoint and Autodesk Construction Cloud.

What You Bring

-Previous experience in interface management, project closeout including the handover of final records and archiving is essential. -The ability to pick up new IT software and proven use of company-standard document management systems. Viewpoint and Autodesk Construction Cloud experience is highly desirable. -The suitable candidate should have previous experience working within a project environment and should have sound knowledge of project lifecycle and managing key stakeholder requirements. -Knowledge of Building Information Management (BIM) would be desired but not essential. -Previous experience in handling external deliverables, with exceptional attention to detail and engaging with contractors is essential.
