Tasks
-Coordinate with the Geomatics Group and Delivery Leaders to align staffing and project commitments -Lead proposal writing and collaborate on project pursuits -Guide and support survey crews and office staff, promoting professional development -Manage project budgets, schedules, scopes, and client expectations -Collaborate with DEA’s engineering and planning teams to support integrated project delivery -Perform and review boundary calculations and topographic survey data -Ensure compliance with DEA processes for project accounting, documentation, and quality -Oversee quality control for drawings, plats, ALTA maps, and construction staking calculations

What You Bring
-Strong communication and client interaction skills -8 or more years of experience in land surveying -Proficiency in Civil 3D and general understanding of engineering plan sets -Land Surveyor-in-Training (LSIT) certification -Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Washington -Familiarity with state and county mapping standards -Experience with Trimble Business Center -Proven ability to manage projects and mentor technical staff
