You will play a key role in delivering electrical design solutions on a wide range of projects across sectors including commercial, education, residential, and healthcare. The role will involve leading designs, managing client relationships, mentoring junior engineers and growing the team. -Design and specification of electrical building services systems -Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations -Coordinating with internal disciplines and external consultants -Supporting the development of junior engineers -Leading projects and managing project delivery from concept to completion

What You Bring

We are seeking an experienced Senior or Principal Electrical Engineer to join our growing MEP team in our centrally located Birmingham office. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy with a strong reputation across the built environment. -Proven experience in a consultancy environment -Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines -Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services (or equivalent experience) -Chartered or working towards chartership (desirable) -Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and standards
